I've just been downloading and reding my DisC report and my scores are 2,2,5,7. 

My question is - Does that make me a High C or a High SC.  Which is correct, please?

When 2 are 5 or higher, you qualify as high in both.
When one is higher than the other, you would normally name that one first.  
Hence, High C, High S.
