Cast on Writing Job Description?

I could swear I listened to a short podcast on how to write a job description a few months ago.  I've searched and cannot seem to find it.

Anyone know where it is?

Thanks Kevin. That's not the one I'm thinking of.
The one I'm looking for had specifics on writing the description, not the advertisement. I remember that it had a piece about whether to include if it was salaried/SNE/exempt and had a brief description of those things. I suspect it's part of another cast.  It's not the annual review cast - I reviewed that one to.
