Just recently registered to be able to post.

I attended an alternative high-school and college and was a carpenter for a good many years after, now a freelance web-designer.  Picked up on Manager Tools before the career change from building to coding when I was just beginning to be managing building projects of my own immediately prior to the 2008 downturn.

I recommend Manager Tools to everyone I know who manages others.  I think the MT Trinity is pretty genius and I say this coming from experience in very top down organizations as well as in organizations so horizontal as to have employed complete consensus decision-making.

I'd say I expect that its the methodical and nuts and bolts approach to communication and relationship building and maintaining in Manager Tools which are likely of most benefit to many.  In both vertical and horizontal orgs, I have seen these make or break things in terms of companies, organizations, projects, campaigns, etc.

Thanks and please keep up the good work,

C K

P.S. Peanut M&M Sun analogy came around with absolute perfect timing here!

Hi and welcome to the forums!
If you like MT and you are into coding, I'd advise reading The Pragmatic Programmer. For some reason I find the two quite related.
