i am considering buying the premium content, but my friend told me to wait until the interview series comes for free with it (he mentioned this is usually offered once a year). Does anyone know when these package offers are usually offered?

There's no firm rules on this, but we have in the past couple of years offered our interview series as a bonus for renewal of premium content subscriptions. That usually happens in August, roughly, at the anniversary of our first premium content offer.
We've never planned on offering it, it's just been something we've decided to as a thank you to loyal listeners.
And honestly, we probably WON'T next year...but we may roll over again. ;-)
And, to make your decision easy, get premium, and I'll talk to Santa. If you'll email showATmanager-tools.com, I'll see that you get an interview series as your Christmas gift. I'd rather you didn't miss out on the value.
