Question for you:what are your thoughts on "Career infographics?"
More and more I'm seeing employees at all levels create their own version of what I would call MT baseball cards. As I continue to progress (currently directory, working towards Exec director/AVP roles) I'm wondering the value in these which are, usually, single PowerPoint slides converted to PDFs. Does the resume suffice? Do these differentiate?
I'm a HIGH C & D, these seem like fluff. Clearly that opinion plays to my bias... ;-)
