Need Mark's Quote on "My Job is hard..."

Mark has mentioned his take on comments such as "my job is hard...". I remember one of Mark's comments was "look, if management was easy- the pay would be less and 3rd graders would do it". I'm looking for the other one. For the archivists and those with superior memory- what was the other quote? Which podcast and what was the track time? Thanks all!

Can you be more specific? Was the remark a general statement about management, or, was it a management action in context?

Would it help if I described it as a "soapbox"? :D I don't really remember the context and it may have been part of the 3rd grader comment (which I can't remember what podcast that was from, either).

I know the phrase "management is hard" is frequently used in the audio of the podcast. However, many aside's are not in the show notes.

The phrase "management is hard" does appear in the show notes for Managing Through a Personal Crisis.
